Crossco® GRS-500™ is specially formulated to cut through grease build-up in ovens, range hoods, fryers, grills, kitchen hoods and other stainless steel equipment. Powerful cleaner removes carbon buildup, cooking deposits, and burnt-on grease deposits from most commercial kitchen cooking surfaces (not for use on aluminum or painted surfaces).

Full Strength: Use directly to surface when heavy deposits present. Apply with sprayer or brush and let stand for 15-25 minutes. Flush with warm water. Steel wool might be required to remove deep stains.
Dilute 1:1: for regular cleaning and light deposits dilute with equal part of water. Apply with sprayer or brush and let stand for 15-25 minutes. Flush with warm water.
Do Not Use on aluminum, painted surfaces, plastic laminate counter tops, iron surfaces.
