Crossco® Crossquick™ is a polymer-modified cement-based product that only requires water and becomes a fluid mortar that finds its own level, producing a smooth, hard, and level surface.

Application

Mix the 40-pound bag of powder with 3/4 gallon of clean water and ½ gallon of Crossco® Acryl B-60A™. Always slowly add the powder to the water while stirring with a strong electric mixer (1/2") and a mixing paddle at 650 revolutions per minute (RPM). Mix well for 2-3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Apply and/or pour the product onto the surface as it will find its level within the first 20 minutes. If a second coat is needed, apply it as soon as the product is firm enough to walk on. If the first layer has been dry for more than 12 hours, apply Crossco® Acryl-B-60-A™ as a primer with a brush. The primer should be tacky (semi-dry) when applying Crossquick™. When multiple applications are desired (2 or more) to achieve thicknesses of 2" (51mm) or more, it is recommended that it be reviewed by a structural engineer.
