Crossco® ES 2000 Plus™ is a water-based, 100% acrylic elastomeric, single-component roof sealer with a high solids content and high performance for waterproof roofs and walls. Crossco® ES 2000 Plus™ does not crack, harden, or crumble even when exposed to severe weather changes.

Application

Brush/Roller: Can be applied with a soft brush or a 3/4" roller. Multiple coats may be required for adequate coverage.

Airless Spray: Use an airless sprayer with a pressure of 1,500 to 2,000 psi. A fluid supply of 1 to 2 gallons per minute with a spray nozzle of 0.026 to 0.035 and a 60° fan angle will be suitable. Wait 4 hours between coats. Hoses should be at least 3/8" in diameter and high-pressure rated. If the hose length exceeds fifteen meters, a larger inner diameter will be necessary. The longer the hose, the smaller the tip orifice size.
