Crossco® Perma Bond Premium™ is high solids concrete adhesive formulated to bond new concrete to old without the laborious scarification process which is usually necessary. Stronger than most concrete, this powerful bonding agent will retain plasticity and never become brittle. Available Blue and Yellow

PermaBond Premium™ ready to use. Apply a uniform coat of bonding agent to existing surface with brush, roller or airless spray. Make sure all areas are well covered with product. After application, allow 2 to 4 hours to dry before applying plaster/stucco to surface. Trowel on plaster/stucco on a circular motion. If product is left on surface longer than 48 hours, an additional coat is required. Mixing: Always mix thoroughly by hand or with a power agitator before application.
