Highlights

• Use in Mexican tiles, terracotta, natural and concrete stone, don't use in crystal, metal, slabs of crystallized ceramic, Quarry tile, slabs of porcelain, granite or in area that have constant humidity or hydrostatic pressure like around the swimming pool
• Satin finish, chemical resistant, dry clear and leaves bright finish permanent and resist spot by food and drinks
• Water based white formula
• Clean the surface for wax, paint, grease and any strange material, before using this product, test in small area of the surface, apply saltillo sealer without dilute, using a sponge or 3/8 sheep paint roller or airless machine, work small areas and apply slowly and uniform, don't apply several time in the same area, that cause bubbles or foams and wait to dry about 1 or 2 hours before apply the second coat
• When using the saltillo sealer for seal the grout let the product dry completely
