Description

Crossco® 4500™ is a 100% acrylic, single-component roof sealer designed with fibers that provide volume and durability while maintaining 100% elasticity and a balance between properties. The blue color turns ultra-white, reducing interior temperature. It provides a waterproof seal by closely adhering to any surface without the need for a primer. It retains adhesion to surfaces and helps save on labor costs.

Application

The surface must be clean and dry for proper coating adhesion. Damaged or loose roof parts must be repaired before applying the coating. Items such as drainage holes, air conditioning units, heating units, and exhausts should be protected during application. Choose a clear and sunny day. Do not apply after 3:00 PM or at low temperatures. Apply only in temperatures above 50°F. Ensure protection from rain for at least six hours after application.

Apply with a thick-nap roller or an airless spray unit. Pour the product onto the surface and spread it evenly at the recommended coverage rate. Drying time depends on thickness, humidity, and temperature. Do not walk on the sealant for at least 24 hours after application, and apply in opposite directions. Do not dilute this product. Clean equipment and rollers with water and soap.
